Capturing Bradley’s dream weekend in kansas city
Back in December, I had the honor of photographing Bradley’s Dream Weekend with Dream On 3 in Kansas City, and it’s a weekend I will never forget.
From the moment it began, the experience was filled with excitement, thoughtfulness, and the kind of moments that remind you how powerful it is when a community comes together to make a dream come true. Kansas City showed up in every possible way, and Bradley soaked up every second.
The weekend kicked off in style with Bradley being picked up in a limo, setting the tone for an unforgettable adventure. Our first stop was the Kansas City Zoo, where Bradley received a behind-the-scenes tour that offered a glimpse into what happens beyond the exhibits. As an avid scuba diver, he was especially excited to learn more about how the animals he’s encountered underwater are cared for each day. Watching his curiosity and excitement come to life during this experience was incredibly special.
From there, we headed to Loews Kansas City, where Bradley was welcomed like a true VIP. The staff went above and beyond, hosting a special autograph session and surprising him with a room stocked full of gifts and snacks. Every detail was intentional, and it was clear how much care went into making him feel celebrated.

The evening continued at Rally House in the Power & Light District, where Bradley enjoyed a shopping spree and picked out his Kansas City Chiefs gear. We wrapped up the night with dinner at The Capital Grille, a perfect way to end an already incredible first day.
Day two brought what Bradley had been waiting for most: his very first game at Arrowhead Stadium. The morning began with a tour of the Kansas City Chiefs Hall of Fame Museum alongside his host, Chiefs Hall of Famer Gary Spani. Getting to experience the history of the team alongside someone who lived it made the day even more meaningful.

From there, Bradley stepped onto the field to take in pregame festivities up close, fully immersed in the energy and magic of game day. With a front-row seat to the action, he also had the chance to meet several of his favorite players, moments that left him smiling from ear to ear.
Then came the moment that stopped time. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes presented Bradley with the official game ball and followed it with an autograph, completing a dream that words can hardly describe. It was one of those rare moments where everything else fades away, and you’re reminded just how impactful a single experience can be.
I am endlessly grateful to have been there to document such a meaningful weekend and to work alongside an organization like Dream On 3. Being able to capture moments like these is exactly why I do what I do. These are the stories, the smiles, and the memories that stay with you long after the final photo is delivered.
